This is the privacy policy of Neoderma Amsterdam B.V., a private company with limited liability established under the laws of the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 69831750. Neoderma has its registered office at Herengracht 282, 1016 BX AMSTERDAM (“Neoderma“).

Neoderma collects your personal data via this website (https://www.neoderma.com/) (“Website“). This privacy policy is meant to advise you about the type of information that Neoderma collects via the Website and the purposes for which this information is being processed (“Privacy Policy“).

When you visit or contact us through the Website, you may provide us with information about yourself, such as your e-mail address. We also automatically collect information via the use of cookies, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time and duration of your visit. How we use it


If you choose to provide us with your e-mail address or other (indirect) personally identifiable information, we will use such information :

  • to send you our newsletters on our services, and keep you informed of (changes to) our services or to respond to your inquiry;

  • to, in case you order a product on the Website, confirm and deliver your order and contact you in case we are out of stock or cannot meet deliver your order for any other reason;
