Dry Skin, Feet
How often do you moisturize your feet? Probably less than you moisturize your hands, right? As a result, our feet can tend toward dry skin issues, with flakey white scales and deep cracks on the heels that could worsen if you don't pay attention. Want to do something about this? Soak your feet in a basin of warm water. After 15 to 20 minutes of soak time, use a pumice stone or foot file to gently exfoliate the heels, toes, and other skin-toughened areas. After drying your feet, use your heaviest moisturizer on your heels and toes. Do this process at least once a week, and you'll see a definite improvement.
