Fordyce Spots
Fordyce spots are white or pale yellow spots commonly found on the lips, nipples, inner cheeks, or parts of the body with oil and sweat glands. They are a type of sebaceous gland that is entirely harmless. However, controlling oil production may make them less noticeable if they bother you aesthetically. Dermatologists and beauty experts warn against popping a Fordyce spot as this will only cause them to become inflamed and will not get rid of them.
