Neck Exercise
Try this popular exercise for correcting a sagging neck and face. (1) Start by placing the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth. (2) Next, make a smiling motion and swallow. (3) While doing this exercise, tilt your chin upwards and keep your lips parted so your teeth can show through. You should feel a pulling sensation around your jaw and neck muscles as well as the mouth area. Repeat at least 10 minutes before turning your head to the left or right side, and repeat.
