How will AI (Artificial Intelligence) continue to change the skincare landscape? Tech companies are creating AI programs that can analyze images to diagnose common skincare issues—such as redness, dark circles, wrinkles, skin texture and tone, discoloration, etc.—and then provide recommendations for treatment products. As mentioned in a previous post regarding the future generation of apps for skin consultations, AI-based apps for skincare is not our first choice for getting treatment. Still, when your choice is limited, this is a beneficial option to have on hand.
