Sleeping in Makeup

Chances are you already know that falling asleep in your makeup is a major no-no for your skin. However, sometimes snoozing in a full face of makeup happens, and once done, there is no going back in time to change it. When this happens, here are the steps to help your skin recover and rejuvenate.

(1) Double cleanse to get rid of every speck of yesterday’s makeup.

(2) Exfoliate.

(3) Apply a deeply nourishing moisturizer and your favorite serums.

(4) Don’t skip SPF.

(5) Consider skipping the full makeup face for the day to ensure you don’t make the same mistake 2 days in a row!
